Doozy

The Doozy is a UNSC boat/snowmobile vehicle that didn't make it into Halo 2 and is seen in the Halo 2 Collector's Edition video. It ended up getting a chaingun in the back, and to man the chaingun, one had to sit in the nausea seat which faced backwards.

Doozy is part of the Deleted Material cut from the Halo game.
When developing Halo 2, Bungie faced numerous delays for various, technical reasons.
As such many aspects of the story such as vehicles, gameplay, design, and even story elements didn't make it into the final version and was cut out of Halo 2. Many of the elements have been confirmed by such things as videos and commentary on the Limited Edition, special DVD.
