Corbulo Academy of Military Science (CAMS), also known as UNSC Corbulo, is a military officer training academy for the United Nations Space Command located on Circinius IV. Corbulo Academy trains children of high-ranking UNSC officers for careers across all the UNSC. The academy was named after the Roman general Gnaeus Domitius Corbulo with a statue of his likeness depicted in the Academy's courtyard. An Orbital Elevator was in the middle of the academy.
Additionally students honor Corbulo by exclaiming "Axios," meaning "I am worthy" in Greek. These were Corbulo's last words as he intentionally fell upon his own sword by order of Emperor Nero, who had ordered Corbulo to kill himself to prove his loyalty to the Roman Empire.

On April 26, 2526, the UNSC saw the Covenant just before they made landfall and ordered an evacuation of the Academy. At that point, three corvettes had entered atmosphere and entered into position around the orbital elevator to which they fire upon almost immediately. The collapse of the structure onto the surrounding campus killed many of the students and faculty. The Covenant then launched a ground attack with Sangheili, Unggoy and Kig-Yar. With the aid of Spartan John-117 and Blue Team, the surviving cadets were able to disperse into the surrounding forest and later evacuate.
The school encompasses a large area. There is the main campus which features the Space elevator, dormitories, armories/locker rooms, cafeteria, and classrooms. Outside of this campus is a hydroelectric dam and TTR training courses in the forests. Dirt roads connected these exterior regions with the main campus.
