Coelest is the star around which Substance orbits. Its system is also home to Installation 05, one of seven Halo installations. In 2552, a battle was fought in the system, over the Halo. As of 2556, the system is under UNSC control, and a research base has been set up for the 'decommissioning' of Delta Halo.[1]
