Charlie Gough was one of the producers of Halo: Combat Evolved as well as Halo 2.
Background
In January 1998, after visiting his longtime buddy Max Hoberman at his new job, Chucky impulsively quit school to work at Bungie on a new and undefined game with a small team composed of Jason Jones, Rob McLees, and Marcus R. Lehto. Four and a half years, 40 lbs, four moves, two sellouts, one car, and an obscene number of new hires later, Halo was lovingly shoved out the door. Chucky was the gameplay, physics, and infrastructure engineering lead on Halo 2.
It is likely that he worked on Halo 3 as well.

Four and a half years, 40 lbs, four moves, two sellouts, one car, and an obscene number of new hires later, Halo was lovingly shoved out the door. He then spent another three years crunching on Halo 2 where his responsibilities expanded from being the physics programmer to engineering lead. During this experience he lost hair on his head, gained more of it elsewhere, forgot how write code, learned how to pretend to manage, gained even more weight, lost it all, and met his future wife. Halo 3 saw Chucky complete his transformation into pure management overhead. He is currently working on a top secret project.
