Despite the fact that she believes in the "greater good" and seems to love helping hummanity no matter what the cost, she seems really pissed about her arm and the events that led to it. What do you guys think is going to happen?

She's only 97 in 2589. By 2552, many humans live past that age.
I don't think it is that long. I'm estimating, from the lore I've seen, about 150 years tops.
Halsey will probably be like cortana in Halo 3, when she was having the discussion with gravemind about humanity being terrible, and her saying she is doing what she is doing, siding with chief because well... she loves him. When you are searching for her on the ship and you her them talking as it goes in and out.
Halsey and Cortana share a similar brain structure since Cortana is a copy of Halsey's brain more or less, just a younger version. What Cortana does is what Halsey would most likely do if she was given the intelligence that Cortana has, that raw processing power, as seen in Halo one, when she told the chief to shut up as she learned everything in the Halo Archive.
They have different memories, but the part of thoughts and perception that is governmed by the structure of her brain, is similiar if not exact from when Halsey did the copy.
Halsey seeks knowledge and advancement she wants to know everything in existence. She was like a child when the Librarian gave her that key. She helped Jul to open the Library holo thing(forgot the term for the device used to replicate a long dead conscious in the series, that the forerunners used, but same thing) anyway.. she did it for the knowledge.
She wants freedom to do her research that stupid humanity is preventing.. this comes from the age old issue seen in the 1600s and earlier-- sorry forgot the era of Copernicus -- out of religion his thoughts, as galileos and others were shunned and they were jailed, coper was killed. In the halo world and even in our current world, people will scorn advancements if it hurts their position/power. The advancement, a quantum leap for humanity would cause many problems for the military, ONI. Old greedy idiots sitting ontop of human civilization, even the forrunners were plagued by that... didact.. My point is she wants to learn, and she will do what it takes to learn.
The Librarian shown that she trusts Halsey, how Halsey is reflected in the series, shows she is very logical but passionate, and loves the Spartans, and chief being one of the last... loves him alot, as seen when she was upset to find the chief was alive but was not told about it. She also has shown she wants to advance humanity
Also the librarian made Halsey essentially the new librarian by essentially giving her access to forerunners tech with those keys, all of it, its an index of every forerunner thing.. a library ... Chief defeated the Didact -- The head of the military of forerunner civilization. Medicant bias -- AI led to the destruction of the forerunners, Cortana saved Humanity, even after talking with gravemind, unlike Medicant. Laskey seems to be important in the series as well, making a movie after all.. Laskey might be the replacement for the Master Builder...
Those 4 at the head of human civilization would guarantee for a time, proper advacement of civilization, until they die.
Master Builder -- Laskey
AI -- Cortana
Librarian -- Halsey
Didact -- Master Chief
BTW having access to all forunner tech would allow Halsey to restore cortana considering Medicant bias lasted a super long time. Also gives rise to longer lifespans.
Halsey is doing the eulogy.. then because welll they had to rebuild it and it was not that long after the human convenant war ended... mandkind had to rebuild and recolonize it along with the fact the EUG had to get money to recolonize it and make up for over 50% of the human race that was murdered by the covenant...

Is there any information on the retrival of the other half of the Janus key or any new info on what happens after Halsey joins the Covenant Remnant?
If you can bear to sit through through Halo 5's campaign, you'll see Halsey a lot (probably too much - she has no bearing on the story but is still riddled throughout it for no reason). The explanation of what happened after Spartan Ops can be found in the Halo: Escalation comic series. Be warned, though, the quality of Escalation fluctuates from alright to the downright worst piece of Halo media available.
What? Where is this wrtitten or filmed or something?
Spartan Ops and Halo Reach's epilogue, respectively.
