009927-DG was the serial number for miso-olanzapine, a drug that was synthesized and used by the UNSC. It was an anti-psychotic drug.
[edit] Use on SPARTAN-IIIs
It was one of three drugs injected into the Spartan-III Gamma Company illegally. Miso-olanzapine, along with cyclodexione-4, were injected to counter the effects of the mutagen drug 009762-OO. However, this drug has to be administered regularly to prevent the mutagen from permanently affecting higher brain functions of the Spartans, causing the Spartans to become a threat to UNSC forces.
